Eat homemade welsh food outdoor!
Cardiff at Christmas Art and Craft Festival 2007
The man put some mush on the hot pan, spread it out. Then, he flips the pancake over when the top is brown, and sprinkles some nuts and spread some sauce on it. Now, you can enjoy your piece of hot homemade pancake!
This is not the only thing you can get from the outdoor stalls on the Friary, off Queen Street. Choices from a selection of home made Welsh fudge, whisky, wines, liqueurs, cheeses, nuts and a traditional hog roast are all available.
“It likes the night market at my hometown!” said Kim Lee, who looked around at the stalls, “You can not only enjoy some hot food, but also buy some lovely gifts.”
The festival will open everyday from 9.30am to 6.00pm/5.00pm on Sunday.
