I returned from journey last night and just heard what has happened to the torch. It was extinguished in Paris. Shame of that! I will support Beijing Olympic firmly.

I read an article which discuss on Brown’s visit to China on Guardian Unlimited today, and found it rather offensive with “democracy”. As someone commented, the author “opens by reminding us the cold war is over. He closes by declaring a new cold war. ”
今天在卫报网站上溜达时，又见一篇来自“Obsever/观察者”的文章。该文题目很引人注目：Brwon, stand up to Chinese. 不好翻译，但文章大意是觉得布朗在访华期间只字不提所谓的“民主”，“人权”，人民币汇率问题，是对中国的示弱，让中国的“气焰更加嚣张”。最后，他还暗示印度一样在崛起，英国可以联合印度制衡中国。
